Our BMW F-Series Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto Box is a simple to install retrofit that enables you to use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto within your BMW. The system is designed to provide your BMW access to your smartphone’s features and improve your safety. The box is designed to install behind the existing head unit and allows you to retain access to your existing iDrive system.
This is an add-on box which is designed to provide your car with access to Apple CarPlay even if it wasn't specced or enabled at the factory for NBT and EVO systems.

Features:
- Works with existing car features such as steering wheel volume, track and speak buttons, the original iDrive controller, parking sensors and cameras etc . Please note: This box does not allow touch functions, and must be controlled via the iDrive controller or steering wheel.
- Enables access to Siri, Google Assistant or other smartphone voice control.
- Supports original BMW screen size: 6.5'', 8.8''.
- No coding required, this box is a plug and play device.

Apple Carplay
Apple CarPlay is preset with Apple Music, Apple Maps, Calendar, Phone and Messages, but is also customisable. CarPlay supports third-party apps like Spotify, Google Maps, and WhatsApp to match your preferences. You can personalise your Apple CarPlay experience in the Settings app on your Phone. CarPlay uses Siri to connect with your apps and make getting to your destination easier and safer.
Android Auto
Android Auto is an alternate way to control an Android phone so that it's easy to use while you're driving. The display is designed to be easy to read at a glance, and voice controls are integrated via Google Assistant. With the Google Assistant on Android Auto, keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. Use your voice to get help with your day. You can find routes, play your favourite songs and even check the weather. Just say "Hey Google" to get started.
