Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition: unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalised orders.
How to Start a Return (UK & International 🌍)
To begin your return, please email returns@scpautomotive.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll send full instructions on how and where to return the item.
Important:
- Do not send items back without approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% processing fee may be deducted from your refund due to unrecoverable bank fees.
Order Cancellations
For order cancellations, a non-refundable processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from your refund. This covers payment processing and currency conversion costs which we incur and are not refunded by our payment provider.
Pre order cancellations may not be possible, please contact our team as soon as possible for more information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
To process a claim, we require:
- Photos of the product, including all internal and external packaging
- Packaging to be retained until the case is resolved
Without this, we are unable to process claims.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. However, the item you’d like to exchange must be returned first. Once the return is approved, you can either:
- Request a replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
- Place a new order while waiting for the return to be processed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. A notification is only sent once it has been processed by the bank.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
