Delivery Issues

• Damage, shortages, incorrect items, or delivered-but-not-received issues should be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
• Suspected non-delivery where tracking does not show delivery should be reported within 7 working days of the expected delivery date or dispatch confirmation.
